Riyadh's international airport was attacked again on Saturday, with reports describing a missile strike attributed to Yemen’s Houthis, according to a diplomatic source.

Dozens of people were injured, most of them Saudi nationals, and at least five of the wounded were treated in intensive care, a hospital source said.

Witnesses described evacuation activity at King Khalid International Airport, with passengers being asked to check flight status as the airport responded to the incident.

Flight disruptions were widespread, with flight-tracking data indicating all flights to Riyadh had been diverted or cancelled. Kuwait Airways canceled two flights in and out of the Saudi capital due to the security situation.

Airlines including Air India, FlyDubai, Lufthansa Group and Pakistan International Airlines had previously suspended flights to and from Saudi airports after the Thursday attack. The Houthis had warned airlines of possible consequences for operating in Saudi airspace.
