Montreal YUL is the 2nd-worst rated airport in Canada and you can probably guess the first
Quebec City's airport is one of the best.
Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) ranked as the second-worst in Canada based on Google review scores, according to SEO Backlinks’ analysis using exact averages from one- to five-star reviews. YUL averages 3.78 stars from more than 22,000 reviews.
The ranking considered 35 Canadian airports with scheduled passenger flights and at least 300 Google reviews, totaling over 156,000 reviews. The study computed exact averages rather than relying on Google’s rounded figures to distinguish airports with the same displayed rating.
Among the concerns noted in reviews for YUL were issues with public transportation, inadequate direction or signage, security and customs lines, and overall wait times. The report suggests travelers should allow extra time when using major airports.
Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport was highlighted as one of the higher-rated airports, ranking 10th with an average of 4.28, described by reviewers as very clean and efficient. The top-rated airport in the country was Gander International Airport, at 4.50, followed by Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport at 4.44.
