The Spitfire is one of the most photographed aircraft and no wonder. The heroic Second World War fighter epitomizes that old saw that links the beauty of an aircraft with its performance.

John Olafson: A 1942-built Grumman Goose is transitioning from the Fraser River in Vancouver to the terminal at the airport.

Douglas Zmorzenski: Pan Am DC-3 at the Stuart Air Show, Stuart Florida.

Karen Powell: Raptor’s Roar. An F-22 over Oshkosh, Wisconsin, July 2026.
