United Airlines Adds 30 New Chef’s Table Dishes To Polaris Business Class From November 1
The forthcoming rotation will be in use until late December, with further seasonal rotations expected in 2027.
United Airlines is expanding its Polaris business class offerings with a new wave of Chef’s Table dishes set to launch for passengers from November 1 through December 31. The update marks the second full portfolio rollout under United’s Chef’s Table initiative, following an initial summer debut on August 1.
The airline described the upcoming rotation as featuring dishes inspired by flavors from across its network, reflecting a global tasting concept for Polaris travelers. The changes will be available on routes where Polaris service is offered.
This seasonal refresh will remain in effect until late December, at which point United plans further seasonal rotations. The airline has not disclosed specific dish details or menu items for this rotation.
United indicated that additional Chef’s Table rotations are anticipated in 2027, continuing the program’s ongoing cycle of menu updates for Polaris passengers. The rollout aligns with the carrier’s broader cabin experience enhancements in its international and premium long-haul segments.
