Several flights across Europe were targeted by bomb threats on Tuesday, according to authorities and airline statements. No injuries have been reported, and no explosives were found on the planes involved, the European Commission said it is monitoring the situation.

Two Ryanair flights bound for Rome were checked for explosives after landing; both were cleared by bomb disposal experts. One of these incidents involved a Ryanair flight from Dublin, which received an anonymous report and landed around 9:40 a.m.

Ryanair Flight 9611 from Dublin was escorted by the Italian Air Force after a separate threat, and was examined upon arrival with no explosives found. The Italian airport stated a bomb threat had affected the flight, though specific flight numbers and origins were not immediately confirmed for all cases.

Scandinavian Airlines Flight 751 from Copenhagen to Warsaw landed without diversion after a threat was reported. About 30 minutes later, a LOT Polish Airlines flight diverted to Warsaw-Modlin due to a potential security threat; it later resumed normal operations after checks found no suspicious items.

A Ryanair flight from Manchester to Murcia and a Wizz Air flight from Milan Bergamo to Sofia were among the other targeted services. In Sofia, authorities said threats were received by email and the aircraft underwent security checks, with the flight subsequently cleared.

Bulgarian authorities reported two threats aimed at planes headed to Sofia, including one from Dublin and another from Bergamo, Italy. Wizz Air confirmed that Flight 4352 from Milan Bergamo was subjected to a bomb threat but was cleared after security procedures.

A separate incident involved a bomb threat on a Wizz Air flight from London Luton to Sofia on Monday, which led to a diversion to Budapest. The situation is described as developing, with authorities continuing to assess potential links between incidents.
